Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were spacious, and I loved the sitting area with space on the vanity for toiletries, but I did encounter a broken mattress with a deep hole. The hotel being pet-friendly and offering a King Suite option was a plus.

The service was amazing and very friendly. There was a shuttle waiting when I walked out of the airport at 1:45 AM. However, the door was left open on the second day, which was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, just as I expected. The staff was efficient, responsive, and courteous. The location was great for a shopping trip to Buffalo or for flying in and out of the airport. The dining experience offered some options, but there is room for improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor hiccups.

I was impressed with this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean with a lovely decor, and so spacious I felt like I could eat off the bathroom floor. The service was overall excellent, although there were a few moments when it felt a bit rushed. The location was fantastic, especially after a day of shopping, and perfect for travelers coming to or from the airport. Dining was a mixed bag, but the salads were really good! Definitely a great value for the money.
